🐞 Paper Party Live
It’s Paper Party Live Time, and this Live wraps up our time using the Cute As a Bug Suite of products. This has been such a fun series, filled with techniques, fun folds, and classic layouts, all showcasing just how versatile and cheerful this suite really is. Every card in this series has been a joy to create, and this final Paper Party Live is no exception.
During this Paper Party Live, we’re creating a unique fun fold card that looks impressive, yet is surprisingly easy to make. It’s the kind of fold that feels special in your hands and is perfect to keep in your back pocket for those times when you want to send a card that’s just a little bit different.
The featured card begins with a Poppy Parade card base that is trimmed and reassembled in a clever way to create an unexpected fold. Coordinating patterns from the Cute As a Bug Designer Series Paper add interest and movement while still keeping the overall design clean and balanced.

In addition to the fun fold card created during the Live, I also designed a clean and classy bonus card using the same Cute As a Bug products. This card has a very different look, focusing on texture, contrast, and simple layers. I show just a quick peek of this bonus card during the video, but the full details are included only in the PDF tutorial.
