Creative Spotlight: Mixed Media Floral Memories & More Card Pack

This week, I’m shining the spotlight on one of my favorite tools for quick and beautiful cardmaking—the Memories & More Card Packs. These handy packs are so versatile and come in several lovely varieties. Over the weekend, I had so much fun sharing a video/reel featuring the Thoughtful Journey Memories & More Card Pack, and today I’m excited to dive into the Mixed Media Floral Memories & More Card Pack with a fresh video and a few inspiring projects.

I started by creating a clean and simple card using a Basic White card base. I trimmed the green striped large card from the Pack just slightly so it would layer perfectly onto the base. Then I added a few coordinating stickers right from the Pack to bring it to life. It came together in no time and looks fantastic—proof that cardmaking doesn’t have to be complicated to be beautiful.

The second card features the small blue-striped card with delicate tulips in the center. I went with a Basic Black card base for contrast and layered it with a panel of Basic Black matted onto Basic White. The striped tulip card sits on top, popped up with dimensionals for a little lift. I added a black and white element from the sticker sheet, cut at an angle and tucked it beneath the tulips for a modern touch. The “Celebrate” sentiment from the sticker sheet was also lifted with dimensionals and placed slightly over that element. A few tiny posie stickers add a sweet finishing touch. Inside the card, I adhered a panel of Basic White, making it easy to write a message to the lucky recipient.

To really show just how flexible the Mixed Media Floral pack is, I created a third card with a cheerful, floral vibe. Using a Basic White card base, I trimmed down the large blue-background card with its bright flowers and adhered it to the front. In the center, I popped up the pink striped small card with dimensionals. The tulip sticker was added to the center, and the “Heartfelt Thanks” sentiment found its home just below the tulips, again lifted with dimensionals for that bit of depth and interest.

And I didn’t stop there! I also created four additional cards and a scrapbook page to show just how many directions this one card pack can take you. Whether you’re crafting a quick thank you, a birthday celebration, or a cherished memory page, the Memories & More Card Packs make it easier than ever to create beautiful handmade pieces without a lot of fuss.
