Amber Autumn Card for Sunday Stamps Challenge
Today’s card is all about cozy autumn vibes and simple elegance. It’s full of pumpkins, rich tones, rustic textures, and just the right amount of sparkle—everything I love about fall in one beautiful design.

I began by stamping the pumpkins and corn image from the Amber Autumn stamp set in Pecan Pie ink on Very Vanilla cardstock. The image came to life as I colored it with a fun variety of Stampin’ Blends. After die-cutting the stamped image with the coordinating Amber Autumn Dies, I paired it with leafy accents cut from Earthen Toned Metallic Specialty Paper, Cajun Craze, and Early Espresso cardstock. The shimmer and richness of these leaves gave the piece a beautiful depth and warmth. The background layers tied the design together perfectly. Early Espresso cardstock served as the foundation, accented with Irregular Weave Trim taped diagonally.

For the card front, a striped pattern from the Autumn Toile DSP layered over Early Espresso cardstock grounded the left side of the card base. The die-cut image was art piece placed in the center, and the sentiment “You’re Simply the Best” was stamped in Early Espresso in the upper right card front corner. As a finisher, a scattering of Cajun Craze and Gold Dots added just the right touch of sparkle.

Inside the card, the design was continued with layers of Early Espresso and Very Vanilla, accented by a coordinating strip of the striped DSP along the right edge. It gave the inside a polished and finished look that mirrors the card front.

This card feels simple in construction yet fancy in its details. The natural textures, warm autumn shades, and subtle metallic touches combine to create a design that feels like a perfect snapshot of fall. It’s one of those projects that makes me smile every time I look at it.

You can see the whole process in action on my video, and I’ve created a free PDF tutorial to make it easy for you to recreate.
