With Paper Party Live
There’s something so magical about sitting down to create with a bundle you know is going to blow you away—and the Friendly Foliage bundle has been doing exactly that for me every time I use it. Every card I’ve made with it has turned out even better than expected, and this Paper Party Live was such a joy to host. Not only because I got to share this beautiful bundle, but because I got to connect with crafters who are creating alongside me!

Let’s talk about the cards from this week’s Live because… wow. I’m obsessed.
Card 1 has a dreamy, blended color combo that might just become your new fave. I started with a Gorgeous Grape base and layered Night of Navy onto Basic White to give the card front dimension. The focal panel was stamped in Night of Navy using the large framed foliage image from the Friendly Foliage stamp set. Then came the real magic—blending ink colors with the Blending Brushes to create a soft ombre effect. The sentiment “Thinking of You” fits beautifully below the image, and a few Rhinestone Basic Jewels scattered around finished it off with sparkle. The inside of the card carries the design forward with coordinating Night of Navy and Basic White panels. It’s simple but stunning—and the kind of card that feels good to give. Card 2 brings a little surprise with a fun fold layout that opens in a way that almost resembles a lopsided “I”—and I love it. Secret Sea is the base and embossed panels with the Beautiful Pattern 3D Embossing Folder create texture. A sneak peek of January’s Lovely Blossoms Designer Series Paper makes a fabulous background panel on the front flap. The sentiment “Here For You Always” is paired with soft foliage stamped in Crumb Cake, and I layered in delicate die cuts for an elegant, layered look. With a touch of ribbon and a few sparkling rhinestones, the card came together in the most unexpected, gorgeous way. It’s soft, textured, and something a little different—which always keeps things fun!
