Crafting a calendar can be a delightful way to combine practicality with creativity, and my 2025 calendar project is no exception. Designed to be both elegant and functional, this handmade calendar begins with a sturdy Basic Black base, providing the perfect foundation for the seasonal designs that follow. It’s the kind of project that looks just as stunning on a desk as it does on a mantel, making it a wonderful addition to any space or a thoughtful gift for someone special.
Each season is beautifully represented with its own unique flair, thanks to the carefully selected Designer Series Papers and coordinating cardstocks. The papers I chose include Nests of Winter, Flowering Zinnias, Mixed Media Florals, and Sweet Days of Autumn. These collections bring a variety of textures, colors, and patterns that reflect the charm of every season, from the frosty elegance of winter to the warm hues of autumn. To elevate the design, I incorporated die cuts and accent pieces, adding dimension and visual interest to each page.
One of the joys of this project is its simplicity. With just a few materials and some creative flair, you can assemble a calendar that is as functional as it is beautiful.
