Crafting a beautiful birthday card is such a joy, especially when it comes together as seamlessly as this design featuring the Thoughtful Journey Memories & More Card Pack. The rich Blackberry Bliss card base sets the tone, providing a dramatic and elegant backdrop for the distressed design on the larger card layered over it.
Adding to the charm, the smaller card with watercolor-inspired pine trees and meadow flowers creates a serene focal point, adhered at an angled, slightly off-center position for a playful yet refined touch.
To highlight the sentiment, I stamped “Happy Birthday” from the Simply Said stamp set onto a skinny strip of Basic White cardstock using Blackberry Bliss ink. Mini Dimensionals give it a bit of lift, ensuring it stands out against the layered background. A sprinkling of Basic Rhinestone Jewels provides just the right amount of sparkle to finish the card front. Inside, a panel of Basic White is adorned with the remainder of the distressed card design along the bottom, tying the entire project together beautifully.
